• Group & Social Data: Group names, trade proposals, prediction events, chat messages, reactions, and other content you create or share within the app.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Pages and features you access, time spent on screens, actions taken, crash reports, and performance data.

Blockchain Data

Your wallet addresses and transaction history are publicly available on the blockchain. We may index or display this publicly available data to provide features such as portfolio tracking, trade proposals, and leaderboards. We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

Information We Do Not Collect

Alpha is a self-custodial platform. We do not collect or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. We do not require KYC information (government ID, SSN, date of birth) unless required by law for specific features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including group trading, trade proposals, predictions, chat, and leaderboards.
• Personalize your experience and display relevant content.
• Process transactions and display portfolio performance.
• Send you service-related notifications, including trade alerts, group activity, and security notices.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Communicate with you about new features, promotions, and updates (you can opt out at any time).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: Your username, profile, trade proposals, predictions, chat messages, and performance data are visible to other members of your groups. Public leaderboard data is visible to all users.
• Service Providers: We share information with vendors who help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications, and customer support. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & Correction: You can access and update your account information through the app settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Note that blockchain data cannot be deleted.
• Marketing Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or adjusting your notification settings.
• Push Notifications: You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

If you reside in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
